CNC PROJECTS
2D and 3D models' projects and realization with CNC milling machine. The projects base on pictures (jpg, bmp, png itp.) or are desingned from the scratch.
Basically I use wood and plastic related materials. It is also possible, with some limits, to make models from aluminium or other metals.
The process consists of:
- 2D and 3D models project,
- GCode generation for CNC machine,
- cutting/milling model with 3-axes CNC milling machine with working area of 1100x700x120 mm.
LOW LEVEL SOFTWARE DESIGN
- software for microcontrollers - assember and C/C++,
- field programmable gate arrays (FPGA) configuration with VHDL.
EMBEDDED SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT
- programmable devices,
- remote control - wire, IR, RF,
- timers,
- measurement and display of physical quantities.
